On July 18, 2026, Arnold Duane Wolfe passed away at the age of 86. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jene (Peters), by 31 years.
Arnold was born in Windsor, Colorado, but raised in the Loveland/Greely, area.
He joined the Navy at the age of 18, where he was trained as an electrician mate. He had the privilege of being a plank owner on the USS McCormick and the USS Worden. He was honorably discharged after 11 years of distinguished service.
He was very proud of his service.
After the Navy, he settled in Southern California, where he joined the IBEW and started his career as an electrician. In 2006, he settled in the Texas Creek, CO, area, where he would build his final home.
Arnold left behind a legacy and sizeable shoes to fill.
He is survived by his sisters Linda Ranabager and Sandy Brooks (husband Gordon), his son, Duane Wolfe (60), stepdaughters Linda Jere, Mildred Lynn, Lisa Tolette, and Tanda Sweazle, as well as his grandchildren Lindsey Wolfe (Duane), Matthew Wolfe (Duane), Melanie Speer (Linda), Damian Golian, Heaven Viers, Justin Golian (Mildred Lynn), 12 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
