My love, Frank Charles Byrd fought to take his last breath on Saturday, January 18, 2020. He fought a long brave three year battle with pancreatic cancer.
He passed away at home surrounded by his wife and all of his children.
Frank was born September 27, 1945 in Denver, Colorado to Kenneth and Elleen Byrd.
Frank was proud to have served as a U.S. Marine from 1962 to 1966. He was a Vietnam Veteran.
Frank is survived by his best friend/wife of 17 years, Cindy Lyell Byrd; sister, Cheryl Byrd Hodge; Children, Christine (Dan) Hine of Wisconsin, Bryan (Kerry) Byrd of Colorado Springs, Kenneth (Mallory) Byrd of Florida; grandchildren, Cory, Russell, Lisa, Hunter, Colton, Jordan, and twins, Ari and Elijah.
Frank is also survived by his fur babies that he loved so much-Sammy, Blue and Izzy.
He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Clinton Byrd and sister, Beverly Byrd Devries.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
