Isabella Lee Nunley-Pruvost

Isabella Lee Nunley-Pruvost passed away on August 21, 2021. She was born on July 7, 2000, in Steamboat Springs, Colorado, to Karah Johnson and Dean Pruvost. She had just turned 21 years old.

Isabella and Mathew Nunley recently were engaged to be married and were planning their wedding. They had dreams of having a family one day and growing old together. She was a beauty queen and was planning to enroll in Cosmetology school to be a nail technician. She loved getting her nails and hair done and doing makeup. Ever since she was three years old, she would blow kisses and say, “Fabulous Darling.”

She had a heart for animals, and would always say hello to them first, wherever she went. She was sweet, selfless, kind, a good friend, and always put others ahead of herself. She was generous and always stayed positive. Isabella was quick to laugh and told stories that would make her beautiful blue eyes get big. She was a practical joker and loved having fun with her friends and family.

Isabella was bubbly, colorful, feisty, and a free spirit. There will never be enough words to describe such a beautiful person, and she will be desperately missed by all that had the privilege of knowing and loving her.

Isabella is survived by her fiancé, Mathew Nunley; mother, Karah Johnson; father, Dean Pruvost; brothers, Drew Pruvost and Zeus Pruvost; and sisters, Alice Johnson and Grace Pruvost. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Leo and Frances Pollock; and uncles, Eric Johnson, Sam Hedemark and Danny Pollock.

A memorial service will be held at Pathfinder Park in Florence, Colorado, on August 30, 2021, at 11:00 AM.
